In accordance with the decision of the WFASD Presidium as of 15 January, 2024 the schedule of training camps was approved for the first half of 2024. 

Training camps are aimed at promoting Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll and Swing dances, including Acro Swing worldwide, preparing young athletes for participation in the WFASD international competitions, as well as improving the level of sportsmanship. 

The first training camps were held on 5-15 February in Senegal and Gambia.   

Honoured Masters of Sport of Russia, five times Rock’n’Roll World champions Ivan Yudin and Olga Sbitneva visited Dakar and Banjul to train youngsters.

During the visit WFASD President Mrs. Oumy Sene, Ivan Yudin and Olga Sbitneva attended the National Sports Committee and the Olympic Committee of Gambia.
