The 2024 WFASD Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll World Cup was held on November 24 at the Irina Viner Palace in Moscow under the auspices of the World Federation of Acrobatic and Swing Dances (WFASD). 

According to the WFASD Calendar of events, Moscow became the third city to host the World Cup in 2024. Previously, the World Cup editions were held on May 25 in St. Petersburg and on October 19 in Astana (Republic of Kazakhstan).

WFASD Vice-president Mr. Igor Vinkovic and President of the All Russian Federation of DanceSport, Breaking and Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll Mrs. Nadezhda Erastova took part in the World Cup Opening ceremony.

The 2024 WFASD Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll World Cup was held in 5 disciplines:
Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll M class Adults 
Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll A class Adults
Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll B class Adults
Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll Formation Women Adults
Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll Acro Swing Adults

Representatives of 25 countries took part in the World Cup: Armenia, Afghanistan, Republic of Belarus, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Croatia, Ecuador, Egypt, Georgia, Germany, Israel, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, People's Republic of China, Colombia, Mexico, Republic of Moldova, Mongolia, Paraguay, Russian Federation, Senegal, Slovakia and Uzbekistan.

This day the dance hall was full of audience heartily welcoming athletes from all countries. 

The international sports debut of Acro Swing, a new dance discipline, took place in frames of the World Cup with 33 couples representing 9 countries (the People's Republic of China, India, Egypt, Colombia, Mongolia, Paraguay, Russian Federation, Ecuador and Senegal.

According to the results of the Preliminary Rounds, representatives of the People's Republic of China, Senegal and Russia made it to the Final. The finalists of the Acro Swing World Cup amazed the audience with a variety of dance and musical forms.

Ivan Kudryashov and Olga Kudryashova became the winners of the 2024 WFASD World Cup Acro Swing in Moscow.

The World Federation of Acrobatic and Swing Dances congratulates all the champions, prize-winners and the finalists of the World Cup in Moscow.

It was a real celebration of the Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll in a true sporting spirit, and the last stage before the major event of the year, the 2024 WFASD Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll World Championship to be held on 21 December in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
