The World Friendship Games is an international multi-sport tournament held under the auspices of the International Friendship Association. The purpose of the Games is to create an effective platform for high-performance sports, to ensure the access of athletes from all countries and sports organisations to international sports activities, and to develop new formats for international sporting cooperation. 

The first World Friendship Games will be held on September 15-29, 2024, in the Russian cities of Moscow and Ekaterinburg. 

The sports programme of the Games includes competitions in 36 summer sports in 208 disciplines. 

The award ceremonies will comprise 283 medal sets. Over 6,000 athletes from more than 70 countries are expected to participate in the Games.  

The Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll competitions in three sports disciplines Adults Rock’n’Roll M class, Adults Rock’n’Roll B class and Adults Formation Women will be held on 19 September at the Gymnastics Palace of Irina Viner in Moscow. 

The prize fund of the World Friendship Games is as follows:
1st place – 40 000 US dollars 
2nd place – 25 000 US dollars 
3rd place – 17 000 US dollars
